: (1) The Fund shall protect loans up to fifty lakh rupees provided by member organizations in the business mentioned in clause (b) of Schedule-11 under Small and Medium Enterprise Loans. If the member organization wants to secure a loan of more than fifty lakh rupees up to two crore rupees, it has to take the approval of the fund before disbursing such loan. 7 Amended by First Amendment. A. (2) The member organization shall pay the remaining half of the amount secured as per sub-rule (1) to the fund as zero decimal six percent of the amount resulting from the addition of interest for the annual security fee.
